Get help with BowlersDash.
Setup help, troubleshooting, and answers to the most common questions. Can't find what you need? Email us and we'll respond, usually within one business day.
BowlersDash will be available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We're
currently in TestFlight; if you'd like to try the app early,
email us
and we'll send you an invite.
BowlersDash uses Sign in with Apple. On first launch, tap
"Sign in with Apple" and confirm. You can choose to share your real email or
use Apple's private relay email — either works. Once signed in, your league
data syncs to your private iCloud account automatically.
From the home screen, tap Leagues → +
→ New League. Set the league name, season dates, weekly
schedule, scoring format (handicap or scratch), and any house rules. Then add
teams and bowlers — you can type them in, paste from a spreadsheet, or invite
existing BowlersDash users by email. The league is yours immediately. You
can invite additional officers (with full edit access) or bowlers (view +
their own scores) at any time.
BowlersDash tracks who owes what each week — dues, side pots, brackets,
anything you've set up — and lets officers mark payments as received.
Whether you collect cash at the lanes, by check, or via a third-party
payment app (Venmo, Zelle, etc.), BowlersDash keeps the running ledger and
shows each bowler their current balance. Direct payment collection inside
the app (Apple Pay / card) is on the post-launch roadmap.
Open the current week from the league screen and tap a team to start scoring.
Enter each bowler's game scores as the night goes — three games per bowler is
the default. Handicaps, weekly results, season averages, and standings all
update automatically as you go, so by the time the night ends everything is
calculated and posted. Officers can enter scores for anyone in the league;
bowlers can enter their own and review what's been posted for them.
First check Settings → [your name] → iCloud on your
device and confirm iCloud is signed in and iCloud Drive is enabled. Then,
in BowlersDash, tap Settings → Account and confirm
you're signed in to the same Apple ID. If sync still doesn't work, try
force-closing and reopening the app, or reboot the device. If problems
persist,
email us
with your device model and iOS/macOS version.
Sign in with Apple requires you to be signed in to your Apple ID on the
device. Check Settings → [your name] and confirm you're signed in. If
the sign-in screen loops or fails, try restarting the device and signing in
again. Persistent issues —
email support.
See how to delete your account for the
in-app path and the web fallback.
BowlersDash is free to download and use. The core features
— running a league, entering scores, tracking standings, recording payments
— are all included at no cost. Optional paid upgrades (advanced features,
higher limits, etc.) are available as in-app purchases for officers who want
more. See the App Store listing for the current set of paid features and
their prices.
