The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe the BowlersDash app, let you contact us, and host the app's privacy/support documentation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. The app's terms (Apple LAEULA)
The BowlersDash app — separate from this website — is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

That document is the controlling license between you and Comet Innovations, LLC (and Apple, as a third-party beneficiary) for use of the app. By downloading and using BowlersDash from the App Store, you agree to it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and the BowlersDash name, logo, design system, and content are owned by Comet Innovations, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print the Site for personal use; reproduction or republishing requires permission.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (e.g., Apple, Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMET INNOVATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Liability for the BowlersDash app itself is governed by the Apple LAEULA referenced above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
